Why do we do the weekly videos?

It started out as a way of speeding up and improving the quality of info we provided in our email responses to peeps. I.e. Rather than spending aaagggeeesss typing out long responses (or shortcutting the amount of info in our responses due to time limitations), we realised we could link in videos to help explain things in more detail. Win for the reader and a win for us.

These days, the “reasons” have evolved, but improving our efficiencies and info-sharing capabilities is still the #1 driver.
